Please note that all orders placed from and shipped outside of the EU are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
The following statutory right of cancellation applies to all orders within the EU.
The goods as well as their accessories must be packed securely and carefully before being returned.
The goods must be returned to us with all accessories. The return shipment therefore includes the product itself as well as all certificates, original invoices, accessories such as dust bags or boxes/cartons from the manufacturer etc. included in the scope of delivery.
The goods sold by us are always labelled with a seal. As buyer you may only remove the seal and all labels if you want to keep the item. If the seal, the label and/or the security thread have been damaged/removed, we will not accept a return.
The goods must be returned to us adequately insured via the dispatch route. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken physical possession of the goods.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.
Effects of cancellation
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. For the reimbursement we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest. You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you dispatch the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. The goods must be packed securely and carefully before being returned. The goods must be returned to us adequately insured via the dispatch route. In the event of cancellation, the item must be returned together with the sealed label.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of cancellation
The right of cancellation does not apply to consumers whose habitual residence and delivery address at the time of conclusion of the contract is in a country that does not belong to the European Union.
